The food at Franx is really great! In summer you can even sit on the Hegelstrasse terrace in a nice atmosphere. The staff is also very friendly. A visit is highly recommended!

Food wasn't good at all taste wise. Portion was big. Waited almost an hour for food.

The food was very good. Unfortunately, the service can't quite keep up. On a mild summer evening with temperatures of almost 30 ° C and ordered the table at 7.30 p.m., getting the first drink after an hour is not possible. The meal then took almost as long again.

Food was very good, delicious and the portions were good. We had a burger and various tapas. Then each one more dessert. Everything was very nicely arranged and the taste was excellent. The staff is quick, friendly and offers very good service. e.g. Did a wasp drop in my drink? That was exchanged immediately. Later it rained very hard. Here the restaurant offered us an umbrella. In terms of price, it is a bit high, but there is no standard for it. So absolutely to be recommended!

The food was excellent, super tasty burgers, well presented, fresh ingredients, tasty, you can pay the price for that. There is a cozy atmosphere in the 'franx'. The staff is very friendly and tried hard. The food is incredibly tasty. The meat was on point and very tender. It was all to our complete satisfaction and we will definitely eat there again.

I give absolutely deserved four stars. The food is wonderful and the prices are absolutely reasonable. You would have been happy to receive a little greeting from the kitchen and unfortunately my English cooking level was not quite right, but the quality of the meat and especially the desserts were really top class. Add to that nice ambience and friendly service and you have wonderful four stars;)

This restaurant is really recommended. Very delicious food, cozy and good selection of dishes. The soup appetizer was really a poem. Perfect taste. The fillet steak was medium to the point and very tasty. Side dishes also very good. Which was a pity unfortunately that the steak was not served on a warm plate. Dessert strawberry master and the mille-feuille were perfect. What would have rounded off the evening even better and was therefore not enough for 5 stars was that there was no greeting from the kitchen, and the ordering of the drinks and the serving of the drinks had taken a very long time. With some bread, olives or the like to greet them there would have been a 5 star rating.

Good food at an upscale value for money. The equipment of the rooms and thus the feel-good factor reduce my rating by one star. Well worth a visit.

2019: we organized a birthday party with 11 friends because of our former very good experience. But everything was different. Thus, the restaurant falls from 5 stars to three "3". We do not really know what was going on, but the evening was not okay. Staff was very hard-working, but mastered neither order nor delivery. Also all excuses (feeling with every second contact) help only conditionally, if orders forget, drinks are delivered only after 30 minutes. Our service for the evening was absolutely overloaded and no specialist! Food was rather disappointing this evening. Steak dry fried. Truffled puree without truffle note. Soups and Tappas were good. Pity we will not be back so soon. *** Friendly staff and very courteous in the service. The food is fresh and tasted very good. The presentation of the dishes is a pleasure for the eye. We were there with 4 friends and had a lot of fun. We will be back.
